Fees & Benefits

The Australian Government provides families with fee assistance in the form of the Child Care Subsidy(CCS). A families eligibility for CCS can be assessed by lodging a claim with the Department of Human Services(DHS) and completing the required actions. How much CCS you are entitled too is assessed by the DHS and is paid directly to your service. The service will then pass this on as a fee reduction, reducing your total out of pocket expenses.

For more information visit www.humanservices.gov.au/individuals/services/centrelink/child-care-subsidy, or by contacting 136 150.

As a general principle, children should not be brought into the Centre unless they are well and healthy enough to cope adequately with the normal Centre routines and activities. If your child is absent due to illness you will still be charged your regular daily fee.

Since the Centre is closed on Public Holidays you will be charged a ‘Holding Fee’ which is 50% of your normal daily fee.

If you are going on holidays the 50% Holding fee will be applied provided we have at least 2 weeks written notice prior to the first day of leave. You will be charged regular fees if we do not receive notice and your child is absent.
